On a rainy weekend in this city, I had the opportunity to stay in a hotel by the mountains and next to the local castle. The cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, from the spotless pool area to the cozy rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the indoor and outdoor pool areas were separated by large glass doors, making it easy to access both. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The thing that disappointed us the most was to discover only after booking that using of the wellness center is ONLY on booking and NOT free, in fact we had to choose between three shifts they preferred (13-16 or 17-20 or 9-13 the following day). I think it was more correct to know this before booking and to evaluate whether to stay in this facility or not. Secondly, as soon as we entered the room there was a tremendous smell of smoke, assuming that we were not smokers it was really unbearable for us. We pointed out the problem at the reception and they changed our room. The water in the pool was slightly warm (a few more degrees would be much better).

What a wonderful weekend! The hotel offered a great variety of breakfast options and even provided soy milk for those unable to drink regular milk. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay that much more enjoyable. The best aspects were the tranquil spa area and the fantastic restaurant with delicious food at a great value. the rooms were cozy and warm, making it the perfect relaxing getaway in a beautiful location.

There were a few negative aspects. Our room was located below ground level which made it quite dark, and we had some difficulty with restocking the toilet paper during our stay.

The hotel offered a beautiful outdoor and indoor pool areas, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and local restaurants. One more advantage is that the rooms were well air-conditioned and provided a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the amenities. the walls seemed to be too thin, allowing for private noises to be easily heard from neighboring rooms.

We had a fantastic time here on our recent weekend getaway. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, nestled next to a local castle and surrounded by beautiful mountains.
